The lymph system has a seek and destroy mission channeling the immune defenses by filtering out foreign materials that threaten the health of the body.  Foreign materials or toxins come from the air we breathe, liquids we drink, things we eat, or substances we use such as drugs of any kind.

Lemon has been used for increased function of the lymph system.  And also for an anti-ageing affect cleansing the skin and reducing wrinkles. 

For improved function of the lymph system apply to both feet the following:     

All recipes are daily applications.     

Recipe #1 (to start)

            6 drops lemon (add 4 drop lavender if using before sleep)

Recipe #2 (after regaining some strength and this will depend on level of toxicity)

            6 drops lemon

            6 drops lavender

            4 drops cypress

            4 drops grapefruit
