For those of you who have been living under a rock, Madonna is about to turn 50, still a major pop icon and salaciously crude in her live stage performance-push-the-limits blond bombshell married to Brit Guy Ritchie. A-Rod is Alex Rodriguez Yankee third base super star-the highest paid athlete in any sport-he makes $26 Million a year and whose wife Cynthia filed for divorce two days ago. Now let’s see what the stars have to say about ‘deal or no deal’ ‘did they or did they not’ have an affair to remember or to regret?
These two super stars are very interesting because they are both Leos-sexy, sassy, actors and kids at heart-where romance is everything to them-keep it hot and keep it coming. Oh, and by the way, throw in a tablespoon or two of narcissism-it’s all about them no matter what the price they might have to pay and who they might hurt just being self-centered Leos-and you have the makings of tabloid fodder about a lurid affair mixed with sect in the big city (Kabbalah) that won’t stop.
What is fascinating about the duo is that Madonna’s Venus is at 00 degree of Leo and A-Rod’s Sun Sign is at 03 degrees of Leo-it wouldn’t take an intuitive astrologer to know that Venus and the Sun, from one chart to the other, means Love, Love, Love-maybe! A-Rod’s Venus is at 10 degrees of Virgo-he is hard to please, critical and picky with his love life and lovers-and guess who has her Moon at 10 degrees of Virgo? Madonna herself! No matter what else you look at in chart comparisons, these two have come back from the dead to hoochie koochie, twirl on the dance floor, moon and spoon over the Kabbalah’s Zohar.
Say what you will-I haven’t peeked through their keyhole but there is enough here to suspect that if the link is past life and Jewish Mysticism these two may have caused a life-after-life scandal. Of the two of them, Madonna thinks she’s a bigger piece of stuff than does Alex Rodriguez-he has Jupiter in Pisces, Saturn/Moon conjunct in Cancer and the North Node in Scorpio-he has a heightened sensitivity and very live and well feminine shadow side.
My verdict, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, is that under the shadow of the Solar Eclipse New Moon at 9 degrees of Leo this coming August 2, these two castaways from a past life came back on center stage in one another’s life to mirror to all of us how hard it is to live life in the public eye, and, to be true to the psychology of the whole deal, how narcissism and selfishness can get one into a lot of hot water. My gut instinct is that this is all about Kabbalah and all that it promises (in the name of full disclosure I have studied Kabbalah with a Rabbi and I bit, hook, line and sinker-but I don’t wear the red string or drink the water and I stayed true to my faith, Vedanta!) and that the two of the will divorce their partners-but with egos as big as these two have-they may sit together at Passover and scan the Zohar together and be best past-life buds, but lovers, nada-no!
